I lost my period a few years ago and im only 23. Ive been to several specialists and they all just tell my to go on birth control which I don't want to do. The last doctor I went to see checked my fasting insulin levels which were like tripple the normal. He said that could be why I lost my period but he wanted to but me on meds as well. Does anyone know of a way to naturaly correct this? Im vegan and eat about 80% raw, no processed foods. I make fresh green juices every morning. Any advice??


  • i lost my period when i had an eating disorder, so i'm pretty sure it's because i wasn't taking in enough fat. all it took was 2 weeks of adding fat into my diet again and i got my period.
