food combining--soya milk???

I know soya isn't raw and too processed and not good for you and all that, BUT I drink soya cappuccinos a few times a week. (Trying to cut back, not cut them out--we all have our vices!)

I know soya milk combines as a protein, and I know soya itself is quite processed, so therefore complicated for the body to break down, but on the other hand, soya milk is liquid, and therefore not as dense as something like tofu is. I can't find any information about how long it takes the body to digest soya milk.

If I want to follow proper food combining rules, must I wait 3-4 hours after drinking soya milk before I can eat a starch? Or does it move through the stomach more quickly as it's already liquified?
