cacao side effects?

I love chocolate, most people do, so today I had about 2 maybe 3 T of not raw cacao powder in a dessert. Now, hours after, I feel horrible. I feel jittery, my heart is pounding in my chest, feel like I can't breathe even with deep breaths, feel like lying down, but at the same time I can't sit still with excesive yawning. This has happened to be recently, and that was the first time. Chocolate was the culprit. I used to feel this way as a child, it was maddening for me and my parents. I would be bouncing off the walls late at night wanting to sleep, but unable to sit still. Tears would be running down my face "Just lay down dear" my mom would say "I want to,but I can't" I would reply while crying and swinging my arms, kicking and jumping up and down. Back then I don't believe it was chocolate because I rarely consumed it. When older and I would eat chocolate I never had these symptoms, I was a regular consumer of chocolate bars and hot chocolate. I have been raw for 6 months, now I know I need to limit my chocolate! I have so many annoying symptoms like what I have mentioned here, but don't have the money and resources to find out what is wrong and to feel relief. That is why I went raw. Yeast infections, bloating, bowel issues, headaches, dry skin, fatigue, bad breath, anxiety, stress, yawning, sinusitus, post nasal drip, gas, gas, gas, the list goes on. Let me say that I was raised in a vegetarian household with a mother that cared about my nutrition. In my teen years my interest in propper nutrition increased so for about 5 years before becoming raw I consumed green smoothies, lots of veggies, fruits, whole grains, and beans. My thyroid has been tested, I have propper vitamin B-12 and D levels, I don't have celiac or candida. Wow I really went off topic here. I have spent so much money, time, research on finding what is wrong with no answers. Everything "looks" peachy, but it doesn't feel that way. All right, I'm done, thanks for reading
