I'm just starting out with 80/10/10. My body has slowly been heading this way all year and now I'm taking notice of what works best for my body.

After some positive information about the diet from Erin on another thread I decided the time was right to commit to 80/10/10.

What are you experiences of this way of eating? Long term? Short term? Any tips?
