coconut oil/butter left in car

Hello All,

I was just traveling in Florida for a month, even though it was freezing for a little bit it did get hot on some days and I left my coconut oil in my car. It melted and then reformed and I was just wondering if I should just toss it or if it was still edible. No big deal either way just thought someone here on this forum would know?!

    Your oil is fine, don't throw it out, it will melt every time is get's above 78 degrees... check out this page for more info on the subject:
