Skin burns

hey i noticed ever since eating almost 100% raw now exept for a some rice sometimes, my face skin has gotten pretty sensitive especially the nose... its pretty cold here still and i noticed that my nose almost feels as if burning when it is cold outside if i scratch it or something then it really hurts, what could that be?
