Your Favorite Health/Nutrition Book

I am talking about the book(s) that you either do or you wish you could buy in bulk to give to everyone you meet... I am very new to this lifestyle and i LOVE learning about new things so i want to hear what your favorites are.



    I love 80/10/10 by Douglas Graham!

  • Nutrition and Athletic Performance by Doug Graham. A lot of the stuff he talks about seems so basic but I never followed any advice until I read the book. It's really good and there's a whole chapter on bananas!

  • The 80/10/10 Diet by Douglas Graham.

    I really really do wish I could give this book to everyone!!

  • This Is Why You're Fat. I forget the author. The photos in that book will make your diet seem amazingly healthy!
