Macaroni and Cheese

I saw a recipe for RV Mac & Cheese a few weeks ago. Today I really wanted to make it for dinner but alas, I could not locate the recipe anywhere. I'm going crazy over it!!!

It called for spiralized yellow squash, has anyone seen it?

This may be a stupid question, but how do you "spiral" the squash? Is there a special tool for that?

yeah, you need a spirooli. you could just use a vegetable peeler though to make long strands.
