Breakfast Bar question

I need help!

I am making some toasted grain breakfast bars with fruit in them to have on the days that I cannot fix breakfast or when I want a snack. But, I am looking for a binder to keep the ingredients together so that when I put them in the oven they harden a bit and I can cut them into squares. Any suggestions? Here are a list of the ingredients:

Whole Oats


Mixed Dried Fruits

Flax Seed

Puffed Rice

Raw Honey

Would appreciate anyones input... I really want to stay on plan with the ingredients.

    Dates are a common used binder in raw food bars.

  • You can try some fruits or even fruit juice

    Flakes and peanuts can also be used

  • Figs and soaked chia seeds are excellent binders. :)
