Processed Food Detox

It has been a couple years since I've eaten raw and I'm back to it. This time though I really feel like I'm going through withdrawals from processed foods, meats and carbs. Has anyone else experienced this? Any ideas to deal with it?

    Eating enough calories from healthy food can help cut the cravings.

    Most of the cravings are psychological and pass with time
