Eating sprouts in place of salad greens?

I've just started sprouting my own sprouts and was wondering if I could completely substitute them for salad greens since they're so much more convenient and cheaper for me.

I've been sprouting lentils,used them in a salad yesterday..my stomach has never been so upset! UGH! disappointed as I sprouted two trays worth,a lot!
