rejuvulac questions

I'm going on vacation for a couple days and am not exactly sure what to do with my rejuvulac I've started--I have a fresh batch that is almost ready, but really needs another day to be the flavor I normally like. I assume if I leave it sitting, it will overferment in the 2 I thought I'd just strain it -- do you think if I reuse the grains and leave them for a couple days, it will make another batch? I've never reused the grains. Also, will the original batch get any stronger in the fridge while I'm gone?


  • Don't know what it is? Sounds interesting though, need to do my research:)

  • I had to Google it. It sounds interesting - a drink of fermented sprouted grains (wheat berries, I think).
