Are this peanuts truly vegan?

My dad  works in walgreens  and he bought me the walgreens  brand called nice i read the ingredients and it said peanuts  only but then I  saw this CONTAINS: PEANUTS. MAY CONTAIN TREE NUTS. MADE IN A FACILITY THAT USES MILK, EGG, SOY, WHEAT, SULFITES, AND SESAME PRODUCTS..

Many products have those warnings. 

I believe it is to protect against being sued for allergies.

I wouldn't worry about it, unless you have allergies yourself of course!
