Hey Cheyene-I'm new here also-by reading your info at the top of this forum at appears to me that you are getting no fat to speak of-the human body needs some fats so function correctly-If I were you I would add some nuts-especially walnuts and Brazil nuts-and some clean(organic if there is such a thing)fish such as salmon, tuna or mackeral if only temporary to see if you feel better. Hope the blood test results shed some light on your situration.
