I found this “gone raw” site with a list of other raw food sites on a newsletter….I really like it. Have come back to it time and time again. Great recipes and love to read the comments that members have. I am currently reading Dr. Douglas Graham/s book..80-10-10…so am concerned about fat in the diet. But even so…...I am drooling over some of the recipes I’ve rea d here. Great website.

I am a newbie to raw. I live in an area where most people are meat-eating, pesticide-using,Fox-News-watching, Lysol-loving, conservatives. Needless to say, I have no friends or family who have gone raw. Most of them think I’m eccentric and this is just another strange thing I’m doing. This site is invaluable to me. It’s the only place where I can “talk” to others who are interested and excited about this lifestyle. I have looked over every site on the internet I could find on going raw and this one is my hands down favorite. Thanks! Really!!!!
