sprouting fresh beans/peas?

i am curious about sprouting fresh beans/peas. my home sprouting experience includes dried beans/lentils. baby lima beans are available at my local farmer’s market and i have enjoyed them cooked in the past. also, green peas and other varieties of peas become available in the fall. any thoughts?
