Hello From Canada!

Hello I am 52 andI may have Ostreo arthritis. I have a wicked imagination, so of course im feeling aches since I was told LOL. I have also had /have pins and needles in mostly my left arm and hand.  Anyways Ive been on a raw diet before, 100% is so hard to do I have a family of 4. No way I can get my teens to eat like this. I worry about healthy fats, how do you get this in a raw diet. I love avocado and olive oil and fish. Is grass fed cow dairy ok? Any suggestions? I also want it quick and easy.

    I would say to go with what makes you feel the best. Not everyone is 100% raw, but having a good portion of it as your diet is a huge benefit.
