Source of Raw Sea Vegetables

Where does everyone buy their sea vegetables? I understand that we can get them at Asian markets, but I doubt they are dehydrated at a “raw” temperature. Who/what is your trusted source?

Also, is there any specific brand that you absolutely love (for nutritional benefits, raw benefits, convenience, price, etc.)?
