Just sat down from doing some food prep for the week:  

In the freezer are lemon-juice ice cubes, and chopped red cabbage for smoothies.

Eggplant bacon dehydrating

Sliced up several cukes

Made mock salmon pate

Chopped parsley & cilantro for use during the week, including in a sprouted quinoa tabbouleh and bean-free falafel.

 

What do you prep ahead to make the week easier and avoid temptation?
