Hi all Decided to take the plunge and move to raw. I have Lyme disease and for the past few years my diet has been meat, fish, fat heavy! Lost weight and felt great but now I'm gaining by the day, have multiple food intolerances and my Lyme is bad. I will have to avoid most fruits other than berries, grapes, pomegrante, mango and small amounts of papaya. So my plan is lots of greens juices, smoothies and salads with some hemp seeds. Any advice on overcoming cravings as I start and also weight loss? Thanks so much x
