You have to eat enough calories and protein. Since you are doing a physical job, obviously your needs are different from someone who is sitting all day at a desk. So you have to be careful not to be undereating. Eat more calorie-dense foods such as avocadoes, nuts, seeds, dates, dried fruits, coconuts, sweet potatoes.
Include a lot of sprouted legumes and grains for protein.
Also, I would recommend using a bath with sea salt because it relaxes the muscles and you feel better! + your body is more toned!
