Si joint fatty lumps are called Lipomas or hurniated fat. I have SI joint dysfuction mainly on my right. They can be removed. It usually takes care of the pain...mine get irritated the more do or move around. After I am physically active...Well, Im in sooo much pain I can barely move. I think its because when u move they move around as they are floating tumors
