Is Vermicelli raw?

My question pertains to vermicelli(called sevai in India). Is it raw? Because I saw there is also roated version separately available in markets.

    Nope. It is cooked (processed) food. And processed wheat is not raw food.you can search how vermicelli is made  and check yourself.
