Apple pulp

Hey everyone,

Have recently discovered that my 6 year old son LOVES apple juice made with the vitamix and pulp squeezed out of it. Just one question…what to do with the pulp? I hate to waste it and he’s already turned his nose up at it. Any suggestions?
