Is Corn raw? And getting it from a can is bad, I know… But… is it? And if it has to be cooked before eating it, then? No? I read somewhere that humans actually can’t digest the skin of corn, so maybe we’re not supposed to eat it then? weeps quietly It’s like my fav food of all time :(

i love to mash avocado and call it “avocado butter”and spread it on raw corn on the cob and crunch away.sooo good.
