Does anyone know the receipe for the master cleanse lemonaid diet that has fresh lemons,grade c maple syrup,ceyanne pepper,tea,and salt.

I’m on it right now…Kandace is right-read first! Kundalalita is also right that the laxative tea and salt water cleanse is not essential, just peripheral aids you might choose to include. If you do the salt water cleanse DO NOT leave the house-stay close to a bathroom!!!!!

Well I started the cleanse today and I could not find grade c maple syrup so I decided to get molasses instead. I’m going to hunt harder for it tomorrow I was just short on time. Molasses is ok but I think the maple would be much better.

The “grades” of maple syrup have changed since the book was written years ago. You should use grade “B” organic maple syrup or you can also use agave. Not sure about the molasses. Check this link for more information… http://www.mastercleanser.com/forum/viewtopic.p…
