Can anyone from NZ help me with how to live raw in NZ?

Hi! I’m new to raw veganism. I live in Southland and I’m finding it hard to buy the bulk amounts required for maintaining this lifestyle. How do you guys do it?

I don't know if they have it there, but I get vegetable/farm boxes delivered.

  • Hi Julia, I'm in Northland NZ & have joined an organic food co-op in my area (CERES Organics has a co-op form for groups), so if you can get a few people together and you have space to pack at someones place (we use a garage), then it's easy to get organic  supplies in bulk and either divide them up, or just buy the approx 3kg bags of dried goods that they sell  - I buy nuts, dried fruit, seeds, flours, etc and also organic fresh fruit and veggies  - usually cheaper than buying anywhere else. There is a website that some co-ops use to make things easier and streamlines orders, it's called 'managemy.coop
