Leftover Pulp From Juicing/Milks

Hi Y’all~ I have seen some recipes that use the leftover pulp from juicing or milk making. My question is, is there much nutritional value left in the pulp or is it mainly fiber? I know using the pulp is a good thang in that it just isn’t tossed. Hmmm?

Hi. I think the nutrients and fats are in the milk. I could be wrong, but because the milk separates, I think that is evidence that the fat is in the milk. The pulp may still contain some vitamins and enzymes though. Good question.

i’ve wondered the same thing, but i am pretty sure there is still a good amount of good stuff in the pulps… i’m definitely one of the people that uses those leftovers, it seems a waste not to.
