Freezing slighty changes the texture of the meat, but does not destroy it by any means. Plus it’s so much easier to just thaw when you need it, rather than the whole process of opening coconuts and getting the meat.

Thank you for this thread!! Getting answers can be hard, Google is for SAD told me to put sugar on it first. How long will can it be frozen?
