First 2 weeks and bowels

Am nearly 2 weeks in to 'Goodbye Lupus' raw food diet and am pooing twice a day and farting like I've never farted before. Not really a problem as I am outdoors alot

Not really a problem as I am outdoors alot but, is this it and do I have to trade anti-inflammatory wonderfulness for twice daily pooing and uncontrollable farting?! In essence, do I have to start living on my allotment or is there an 'evening out' on the horizon? If not, may need to rethink this thing altogether because it's not tenable if you have a job!
