Seasoning nuts that have already been dehydrated

I've been soaking and dehydrating nuts for a while now. I recently purchased a good dehydrator so I could dehydrate them at a lower temperature than I could in my oven.

I used to dehydrate them and then roast them in the oven. I knew I was using too high of a temp but it was all I could do.

I just pulled a batch out of my dehydrator and want to season them. I've found all sorts of recipes to season them before they are dehydrated, but since these have already been dehydrated, can I still use my dehydrator to reason them? Should I coat them in seasoned oil like I used to when I roasted them in the oven?

Does anyone have any guidance?

Thank you.
