Pine Nuts

I tried the pine nuts once and didn’t like the taste. I see they are used all the time in cheese recipes. Is there a different nut or seed I can use that will still make the cheese recipes “cheesey” ?

    You can use just about any nut, almonds and cashews are especially tasty, IMO.

    Macadamia nuts are nice instead of pine nuts, too.
