We’ve always kept it in a cupboard, I have never known it to go off.
I read somewhere that you shouldn’t chill olive oil.
The non raw olive oil has been heated during it’s filtration process, and maybe to sterilise the bottle…neither of these things promote its shelf life, they are done for other reasons.
Just keep it in the dark or a dark bottle in a cupboard.
