Looking for Bread Recipe to put Nut butters on

Hi, I am looking for a recipe for using with nut butters and fresh fruit. Does anyone have any recipes they would like to share?

I like the Better Than Onion Bread recipe using sweet onion and an apple instead of zucchini. Sweet onions don’t have a strong taste particularly when they are pulped in the food processor. Also, I think you could substitute zucchini for onions so then the veggies would be zucchini, apple and carrot.
