ITCHING!?

Has anyone had any problems with itching from citrus fruits or tomatoes? I am miserable,itching incessantly in unmentionable places. Is there any home cures I can try to stop it? My tongue is starting to itch also. I have been doing raw for only a week. Fruit and kale smoothies in the morning. Salad lunch and dinner.

I stopped right away.Most of the recipes I see have lemon juice in them,what is a good substitution?
