Edible Flowers

I was wondering if anyone used edible flowers in their recipes. You know like, nastursium,lavender,rose petals , borage, etc?

    I often eat clover blossom when in season. It doesn’t taste like much, but it makes salads lovely! I don’t really care for lavendar.

    I love adding flower petals to my salads, but only the ones I grow myself. I love them for the vitality they add, not the taste.
