Irish Moss: Capsules?

I could order Irish Moss online, but I need something today (for Saturday). I’m thinking of using agar instead, but Whole Foods said they have Irish Moss in capsule form. Will this work? I want to make a glaze for a mango cheesecake

Anyone know? Maybe irish moss capsules don’t exist…

I already made the mango cheesecake and used agar instead. I blended the agar in boiling water (yes, it has to be boiling) and waited until it cooled some… then added the rest of the ingredients for the glaze.

I also froze the cheesecake… it is so easy to cut afterward… it’s not a block of ‘ice’.
