left over hemp pulp

so i made some hemp milk with my raw whole hemp seeds, the recipe didn’t call for straining it but i prefer it that way. i was wondering if anyone has any good ideas what to do with the left over pulp? could i combine it with other things and refrigerate for a nice chewy candy bar? any suggestions? i hate to waste
