Check out SproutPeople.com. It’s got great info on sprouting. Just search the food you want to sprout and it’ll have soaking and sprouting times. One recommendation of mine, keep millet sprouts small. They get bitter and gross if you let them oversprout!

Speaking of soaking, does anyone know if its possible to eat, par say, soaked barley? Or any other grains that are just soaked? Would be ok for digestion or anything??? just curious, new, and learning lol.
