Nut Shelf Life?

Hi. I make raw nut taco meat, and raw joes from walnuts. I usually have some left over. I see that tomato water seperates after a few days, does anyone know how,long before they spoil? How can I tell if they’re bad? Thanks!

Prepared raw food usually lasts 3-5 days… make sure it smells good… and then, tastes good.
