Salt cleanse and liver cleanse?

Can someone please give me more info about these cleanses. I keep seeing mention of them but when I do a search I don’t get the recipe or purpose of them. I am particularly intersted in he salt cleanse for the colon. Do we need to cleanse our liver or something? I have never had alcohol in my life. Do I still need to cleanse my liver? TIA

Hope it’s some help. I tried the salt cleanse 3 times last week and it’s definitely energizing. Just make sure you’re at home near the porcelain throne for a couple hours!!
