I add mine to smoothies! Fruit smoothies only as of yet…I also grind them up and put them over banana and add shredded coconut. mmm!
I grind mine in my coffee grinder and then add them to smoothies. I especially like to blend frozen bananas, cacao powder, and vanilla with enough water to make a cold, thick shake. It is delicious.
Hello :) Great, thanks for the ideas! It’s a shame I am sensitive to bananas! (They make me sick!) but I can do other fruit ;)
If you like blueberries and nuts, you’ve gotta try these blueberry truffles with your cacao nibs. You can dehydrate them for a little while too if you want them a little crunchy. Here’s the recipe:
