Uses for Bok Choy???

I still do not know what to do with this large head of Bok Choy that I have here. I want to keep it raw. Any recipes?? How can I use it without frying it or something like that?? What does it taste like? Is it too bitter for using it as the “bread” for a sandwich??

Bok Choy is one of my favorite greens. Right now I’m currently doing a juice feast and my favorite green juice is 1 head of bok choy + 1 head of celery!

You can make guacamole and serve it inside the leaves like a living taco or wrap. That is one of my favorite uses for bok choy.

i like to cut it up into chunks and mix it with a curry (blended spinach, sesame seeds, garam masala powder and chili pepper). toss and yum

and yep, great for juicing too. try with ginger. =)
