I can’t seem to find young coconut ANYWHERE! There are so many great recipes on this site I would love to try that call for it but…
I. Just. Can’t. Find. It!
Will mature coconut work? Cause I can find the brown hairy husky buggers…
I’m in Edmonton AB so if anyone lives anywhere near here and has any suggestions on where I could get it that would be great! What could be used instead in, say, smoothies?
