Heres another one again it is dehydrated though
CARROT LENTIL BURGERS
from Vibrant Living by James Levin and Natalie Cederquist
1 cup sprouted lentils
1 cup sprouted wheat berries
2 cups carrots, grated
1 TB white miso
1 TB onion powder
1 garlic clove, pressed
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp cumin seeds
2/3 cup water
Pulse chop the lentil and wheat berry sprouts together in a
food processor. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend them
well. Form into patties 1/2” thick by 4” on a plastic lined food
dehydrator tray. Dehydrate for 12 hours on the bottom tray or
until dry on top. Yields: 6 to 7 patties

Yeah no problem! Ive never had either of them. I think id try the second one too but thats because i love anything with cumin and iv love carrots too!
