I think there should be more raw food shops, restaurants, stores, etc, to help people become more knowledgeable about raw food and maybe convert to rawfood. Wouldn’t it be great if we could convert America to raw food? And leave the SAD diet? I wonder how we could do this, set up more raw food exposure. Stores such as oneluckyduck, rawguru, and sunfood nutrition should sell there products at grocery stores like Whole Foods, Roots Market, etc. Sure, there’s Pure Food and Wine and other little shops, but wouldn’t it be nice to have as many raw restaurants or shops as there are Starbucks? (okay, maybe not that many). It would be lovely to have a raw country. I don’t know how we would set this up, does anybody agree with me or have any ideas? I mean, sure we can make fancy raw food dishes. But do we really have the time for all that, when we could go to a raw grocery store with section with a big nut milk fountain, or wonderful cakes and pies? We do have time to make raw food, but not as much time as a raw chef has, plus it’s extremely messy; cleaning the blender, dehydrator, etc. Does anybody agree with me or am I just being weird?
