new to fasting

hey everybody,
Ive been curious about starting a fast, but I don’t really know much about it. I was wondering what are some of the benifits you guys have received. Also, I was curious about how to go about fasting. How long should I go for? Should I just drink water and water only? exercise? Any info and experiences would be much appreciated!

    It’s an amazing resource. Fasting is a wonderful way to heal. I prefer water fasting and lots of rest or light exercise like yoga or walking. My whole relationship with food was altered permanantly through fasting and I cannot be more thankful.
