Recipes for a beginner with ingredients you can find at any grocery store ?

At the moment I can’t purchase foods online and I live nowhere near a healthfoods store. Can anyone point me in the direction of easy to make recipes with common grocery store ingredients? Dessert recipes especially… I’ve been living off of tangerines, bananas, and pecans for the past week. My blender isn’t the best.

    Soak dates for 2 hours in a little water. Blend the pecans with a little water and date pieces. form it into a square on a plate. Blend the dates in a food processor or blender, add a squeeze of fresh orange juice. Layer the date on top of the pecan base and put it in the freezer for 1/2 hour to an hour. Eat!

    Also try smoothie recipes on this site. Also try zucchini hummus, ants on a log, falafel balls, slaws or salads, collard greens wrapped around chopped veggies and avocado (dip in peanut sauce recipe), banana blended with any berry and chilled for a nice pudding, guacamole, salsa, cilantro carrot salad, etc etc
