Superhero Dressing Help

I really want to make this dressing but don’t know how much oil to use. Has anyone made it? How much oil and salt do you suggest? Here is the recipe as posted in the recipe section of this site:

Ingredients 2 or 3 tomatoes, coarsely chopped sunflower oil sea salt, optional

    Hi Kelly. I haven’t made this particular recipe but similar ones call for 2-3 Tbsps of oil. I would start with that and then add maybe 1/2 tsp of sea salt.

    I hope that helps. So many of these recipes are trial and error, stop and taste and adjust to what you like. Good luck.
