salad dressings...how long do they keep?

how long do dips and dressings usually keep in the fridge? Like the kind with tomatoes/oil/ACV and stuff. I ask because I made some tonight and it made a lot so I put the rest in a bottle…and I am deathly afraid of expired food…I have a very sensitive stomach and even something that’s gone just a little off will leave me sick for the day. Thanks!

My dips usually lasted at least 3 days before I grew wary of them. Salad dressings were gone in 2 days, so I don’t know about their total expiration time.
